We encourage you to bring your elderly parents (especially if they are retired) to join our morning workout! Social interaction is key to lasting good health and quality retirement life. They will be meeting other participants of similar age group and interest.
WHAT IS PRAISE EXERCISE
We invite you to join us every Saturday at 7.30 a.m. for the morning workout session. The program is especially developed for seniors. Through simple moves, participants of all shapes, sizes, age, and gender, can improve physical flexibility, bone strength and balance. Most importantly, apart from better health, participants can meet social needs, making new friends through weekly interaction.
