3 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands.4 Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. 5 But if anyone obeys his word,love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: 6 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.

3 如果我们遵守基督的命令，从这一点我们就知道我们已经认识他。 4 那说“我已经认识他”，却不遵守他命令的，就是说谎者，真理也不在这个人里面； 5 但如果有人遵守他的话语，属神的爱就确实在这个人里面得以完全了；从这一点我们就知道我们是在他里面。 6 那说自己住在他里面的，自己也应该按基督所行的照样去行。
